What steps do you take to stand out from your competition?
We've sourced the very best Arabica coffee beans from the slopes of Tanzania. Arabica beans are well know for superior quality and taste.
We've also ensured a quality CBD to carefully infuse with the coffee. Our CBD is a full spectrum, CO2 extracted EU cannabs extraction.
How much do you rely upon word-of-mouth marketing?
Recommendations are important to our business. Coffee drinking is such a universal past time that it's very important to us to ensure our customers get a premium product and top notch customer service.
What's the thing you hate the most about the industry you're in?
Any ecommerce business i the CBD industry has a number of hurdles to overcome in order to trade. The biggest is taking payments online. Although the products are perfectly legal to buy and sell, the payments industry has not kept up with the CBD industry and trading requires a specialist payment gateway. All the well know players in the online payments space will still not touch CBD businesses.
What works best when talking with your clients/customers - an informal or formal style of communication?We always go with informal.
We're a fun, quirky product and small business. This transfers into our communications with our customers. It's important to build a community and we feel the way we communicate forms a big part of this.
What extra lengths do you go to when looking after your customers that your competition don't bother with? We like to send little bonus gifts with each pack of coffee we send. Our customers appreciate the little gestures and we feel this goes a long way to gaining trust and a long term relationship with our customers.
