This excellent infographic from http://dailyinfographic.com highlights a number of fruits and their respective health benefits. Personally, I like to eat fruit in the mornings, with a nice cup of tea - the perfect way to start the day. I find it harder to "naturally" want to eat fruit later in the day - but to each their own!
