Yoga retreat in South/west France
https://www.tkyogaretreat.co.uk/TKyogaretreat is situated in the mountains just outside of the medieval village of St. Gervais-sur-mare in the Herault. Set in five hectares and at the foot of our own mountain we are privately nestled behind ancient stone walling. A warm welcome awaits yogi's of all levels and ages. Your hosts are Tina Brewer and Keely Warren. Mother and daughter, both of whom have been practicing teachers for several years. TKyoga offer their retreats on a full board basis with airport collection and return included, along with, a free therapy of your choice. Guests are welcome to stay either side of the retreat days on a B&B basis or half board. Our guests health and well-being are an integral part of our practices and we offer wholesome, carefully sourced and produced meals. We practice yoga twice daily together with meditation, Yo-Chi, organised walks and in the summer months aqua aerobics. The area is outstandingly beautiful and there are many beautiful viewpoints and places to explore. Namaste. |
