MotleyHealth - No Nonsense Fitness
MotleyHealth was founded in 2006. Its mission was simple: to provide honest and simple to understand fitness and health advice that is free to everybody.
It started out as a hobby blog by Jon Wade who learned how to stay in shape through years of martial arts training and sensible eating. He also studied Health Sciences at the Open University, covering topics such as Challenging Obesity, Human Nutrition and Diabetes Care, during which he learned more about how to be healthy.
MotleyHealth takes a science based approach to the information it publishes - articles are back by scientific references whenever this is relevant. We also highlight fad diets and exercise methods and help to raise awareness about sensible, sustainable and safe ways to exercise and get in shape.
MotleyHealth has been approved by the Health On The Net organisation as a provider of reliable and trustworthy health information.
