One of the main questions which couldn't be answered thereand then was 'is the therapist available on a certain date', because of this areal time diary system was created where beauty therapists could fill out theirnormal working week hours and as and when they got bookings they could fillthose slots in so clients would know when they are available. Not only that buta client could then chose a beauty treatments, date and time and make a bookingthere and then. Once this process had been carried out a text and email wouldgo out to both the client and the therapist with all the details informing themthat they had a booking.
